Introducing the Seventh Annual Gala to support Kids Helping Kids Sacramento's multiple populations. Every year, through our concert and silent auction we are able to assist all five of our populations. These five are our pediatric cancer, foster care and at risk youth, global, elementary/local, and grant and aid populations.

Kids Helping Kids selected for SVP Fast Pitch Cohort 2019

SVP Fast Pitch is a social innovation program and pitch-event empowering 20 local nonprofits in their ability to tell their story. As part of the cohort, Kids Helping Kids will develop an organizational pitch, while gaining visibility & connections to grow, as well as capacity to sustain their growth. The pitch will be presented at the Golden 1 Arena, for which our team will be trained by expert coaches from the SVP Fast Pitch team.

Laura Noble served as the founding CEO for Kids Helping Kids Sacramento, helping lead a team of students to host the first ever gala and raise over 60,000 dollars in the organization's first year. Since graduating from Del Campo High School in 2013, Laura studied at Oregon State University recieving degrees in Management, Sustainability, and International Business. She now works for the Boeing Company in Seattle as a Program Manager within the Boeing Global Services Fleet Care Program.

The Garden Project

The Garden Project is a program that allows kids to have a better understanding of nature and develop an appreciation for the natural world around them that they might not be able to experience otherwise at their age. The overall program includes creating garden boxes and growing all different kinds of plants with the kids at Carmichael Elementary School. This hands-on science experience will carry through to their everyday understanding of nature and allow for an active science curriculum to further their education.
