The Garden Project

The Garden Project is a program that allows kids to have a better understanding of nature and develop an appreciation for the natural world around them that they might not be able to experience otherwise at their age. The overall program includes creating garden boxes and growing all different kinds of plants with the kids at Carmichael Elementary School. This hands-on science experience will carry through to their everyday understanding of nature and allow for an active science curriculum to further their education.
